My Philosophy
Faith at the Foundation
My faith shapes how I practice as much as my training does. That means treating you the way I'd want to be treated - honestly, patiently, and without pressure toward treatment you don't need. Christ is the foundation I build everything else on, in the operatory and outside of it.
Function First. Beauty Follows.
I believe a smile should be built the same way anything worth trusting is built - from the foundation up. Before we talk about whiter teeth or straighter lines, I'm looking at bite, structure, and long-term stability. Cosmetic results that don't rest on a solid foundation don't last. It is my intention for beauty to by the byproduct of Treatment, not the only end goal
I remove and alter as little natural tooth structure as possible. If a filling, bonding, or a conservative restoration can accomplish what a crown or veneer would, that's the option I recommend. Your natural teeth are the best material I will ever work with -my job is to preserve them, not replace them for the sake of a faster result. Sometimes that involves veneers and sometimes just whitening. Each patient is unique and is treatment planned in that same way.
Conservative by Conviction
Every case starts with a full diagnosis -how your bite fits together, where the wear is coming from, what's actually causing the problem you came in with. A cosmetic fix without that diagnosis is a guess. I'd rather take the time to plan it right than redo it later.
